FREIGHT - All pricing is based on fca (fob) our plant, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada unless specified otherwise. We have good rates for shipping products anywhere in North America and overseas. Contact us for a quotation.

HOURS OF OPERATION - We are open from 7 am to 5 pm EST (eastern standard time, same time zone as New York and Florida).

ORDER DESK - If you are inquiring about any product and are looking for pricing and availability contact us and ask for the order desk.

PARTS - We offer OEM parts for all the products we sell.

PAYMENT TERMS - We do not normally set up open accounts. For those we do our standard payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for customers who qualify and is strictly enforced. Your first order is cod only. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

PRICING is in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in U.S. currency and raw material costs such as steel. . If you wish to be quoted in Euro or US dollars please specify this on your quote request or go to http://www.xe.com/ucc/

REPAIRS - We repair any product we sell. We do complete engine overhauls, contact us for shipping instructions and pricing. Special arrangements can be made to pick up or drop off parts or engines if you are a local customer.

RETURNS must be pre-authorized. Contact us for an RGA # (return goods authorization #) prior to shipping anything back to us.

WARRANTY - We do full warranty repairs on all products we sell. The item must be returned to our facilities. The warranty policy of the respective manufacturer is the only one that is valid. For many items there are a number of warranty depots located throughout the world where you could bring the item locally for repair. For all other items they must be returned here freight prepaid and would be repaired or replaced at our option and returned freight collect.
